Overview

 

You will develop multiple sales opportunities by cultivating relationships with brokers and customers, developing expertise around the all aspects of the customer and broker end-to-end journey and be the voice of the customer/broker within SmartestEnergy.

 

As one of the primary users of SmartestEnergy’s Salesforce CRM, you will be involved in the configuration of the system.

 

In this position, you will be involved with the following:


  • Develop and implement a strong customer focus within SmartestEnergy;
  • Develop strong relationships with multiple brokers;
  • Lead the broker enabling process;
  • Collaborate with customers and brokers to originate new business;
  • Initiate and support new products for customers and brokers;
  • Support inside sales and customer service where needed;
  • Attend market specific conferences.

 

You are likely to have the following skills/experience:


  • Graduate in a relevant discipline or area;
  • Seasoned selling skills including consultative selling skills to understand customer needs;
  • Strong Knowledge of electricity retail supply business, including pricing, regulatory rules and sales;
  • Energetic, driven and committed to success while working under tight time constraints and pressure;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams; 
  • High emotional resilience and good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
